1. What we send.

REIIIGN program communications may include Power of Three accountability nudges, Success Coach follow-ups, appointment and scheduling reminders, requested information, account and service notices, and — where separately authorized — member-benefit or promotional communications. Each participant receives only the categories they requested, initiated, or expressly authorized. Message frequency varies by activity, preferences, and the categories you have authorized. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

2. The message you will receive

No name, phone number, email, or other personal detail appears in the message body.

3. Frequency.

Message frequency varies based on whether you have completed your Moves.

4. Cost.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages.

5. Opting out.

Reply STOP, or any of OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL. You will receive one confirmation:

You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.

6. Help.

Reply HELP or INFO:

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply.

7. Before every message.

We check your preference and confirm with the carrier that you have not opted out; if either check is not clear, nothing sends.

8. Carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Messages come only from our registered numbers: +1 202 601 2650, +1 703 260 9773, +1 703 997 4467. (+1 877 734 4644 is a separately owned voice number and is not an SMS sender for this program.)
