Terms of Service
Terms of Service · Version v2.3 · Framework v2.2 · Effective August 1, 2026
1. Who we are.
REIIIGN LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Notice address: 1912 Capitol Ave, Ste 500, Cheyenne, WY 82001.
2. What this covers.
Your use of iBOS, the Academy, and our websites. Your membership terms are in your Founding Member Agreement; where the two disagree, that Agreement wins.
3. Your account.
You are responsible for your login and everything done under it. Do not share it, and tell us promptly if it is compromised.
4. Acceptable use.
Do not use our systems to break the law, harass anyone, infringe rights, or attempt to access another member’s data.
5. What we provide, and what we do not promise.
We provide the service as it exists. We do not promise any business result, income, or outcome.
6. AI features.
iBOS uses AI to organize your work, surface next actions, and hold conversations. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; it is a tool, not advice, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. Human-in-the-loop: the system does not take a discretionary action on your behalf until you approve it. Reminders, notifications, and other services you have configured or authorized run automatically, as you set them up. We may use your content to operate, secure, and improve the service, which may include training our own proprietary AI models; we do not use your content to train any third-party or public AI model. Our use of your content is subject to the Privacy Policy.
7. Your content.
You own what you put in. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service and to comply with law. This license ends when your content is deleted, except for backups pending routine deletion and records we must retain by law or to adjudicate an active Commitment or Review (see Founding Member Agreement Section 8). We claim no ownership of your content.
8. Availability.
We will try to keep the service running but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Changes.
We may change these terms and will tell you.
10. Suspension and termination.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, for conduct that harms other members or our systems, or as required by law; where practical and the issue is curable, we will give notice and a chance to cure. Your membership status on termination is governed by your Founding Member Agreement, and your data is handled per Section 7 and the Privacy Policy.
11. Liability and indemnity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”; we disclaim implied warranties; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; and our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100. You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms or of law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. The Avatar Contract.
The Avatar Contract is a member-authored identity and accountability instrument. You write it to define who you are becoming and how you will hold yourself accountable, and it is the throughline that connects your Blueprint, your Power of Three, your scoreboard, your coaching, and your Alignment Commitment. It is REIIIGN's personalized identity contract and guides how we coach and plan with you. The Avatar Contract is not a payment agreement, an employment agreement, a license, or a promise of income or results; it creates no legal obligation on REIIIGN and confers no entitlement. Your membership terms are governed by your Founding Member Agreement and the incorporated policies.
13. REALO — Real Estate Associate Loan Officer
REALO is REIIIGN’s supported pathway for eligible real-estate professionals who choose to pursue separate loan-officer licensure with our lending collaborative partner. REIIIGN provides preparation and pathway support. Examination results and licensure are determined by the applicable licensing authority. Hiring decisions rest solely with the lending partner, which reviews each candidate through its own process; affiliation with REIIIGN may be considered but confers no preference or entitlement. Members who complete the pathway may have the opportunity to serve clients in both professional capacities.
14. Governing law and disputes; successor in interest.
Governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration seated in Fairfax County, Virginia, with a class-action and jury waiver, on the same terms as the Founding Member Agreement Section 13(b); if you have no Founding Member Agreement, those terms apply to your use of the service. We may change our name, DBA, or form without affecting these terms, which bind our successor automatically.
Privacy Policy.
Our collection and use of your information is governed by the REIIIGN Privacy Policy, published at https://reiiign.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
